Vision

Perspective – april 2026

As we move through 2026, we’re starting to see the momentum from earlier in the year come through in the work—projects are progressing, new opportunities are opening up, and the relationships behind it all continue to grow. We’ve welcomed new team members who bring fresh energy and strengthen how we collaborate and support each other day to day.

This year also marks over 40 years for our firm, giving us a moment to reflect on the people and partnerships that have shaped who we are. Our new website is part of that—bringing our work and story together in a way that feels clear and connected. To our clients, partners, and community, thank you—we appreciate your trust and look forward to what’s ahead.

“From day one, they believed in the vision and showed up as a team. What they created for Tracey’s Place came from the heart.”

Philosophy

right brain + left brain + heart

Great design lives at the intersection of art and precision—and that’s where we do our best work. It’s a balance of structure and curiosity, clarity and exploration. We think carefully, test ideas, and stay open, moving the work forward with intention and collaboration. We call this mindset Right Brainology—bringing structure and function together with creativity and big-picture thinking to create spaces that feel intuitive and intentional.

That same approach extends beyond the studio. We stay connected through mentorship, hands-on opportunities for students and emerging professionals, and support youth-focused programs through partnerships with organizations like Tracey’s Place of Hope, the Biletnikoff Foundation, HomeAid, Make-A-Wish, and Koinonia—experiences that continue to shape how we see the world and how we design for it.
