Anchored by Nugget Market, the design blends an industrial edge with modern classical touches—arched forms, clean lines, and generous proportions—giving the center its distinctive character. In close collaboration with the City, circulation was carefully shaped to connect storefronts, pathways, and transit points into a seamless pedestrian experience that feels intuitive and inviting. Today, Park Plaza has become a neighborhood go-to, home to Peet’s Coffee, Mimosa House, and Massage Heights—a vibrant mix of daily essentials, local flavor, and community energy.
