Selected to partner with Vitek Mortgage Group, we reimagined their headquarters through a comprehensive interior design scope organized around a central, park-inspired commons—a space reflecting their mission of connection, growth, and service—where an early design blitz aligned leadership and departments around a shared vision, creating clarity and momentum from concept through completion. The first-floor plan brings teams together in a cohesive, uplifting environment that balances focused work areas with hospitality-driven gathering zones, with reception anchoring the entry and providing clear sightlines to each department to reinforce transparency and connection from the moment of arrival, while circulation radiates from this plaza-like core to create intuitive pathways that encourage daily interaction. Departments are organized as distinct neighborhoods, each expressing its function while contributing to a unified whole, with executive offices and training spaces integrated seamlessly into everyday work areas; grass-inspired flooring bands and paver-like textures define shared zones, brick elements reminiscent of neighborhood storefronts add structure and continuity, and custom furnishings with a curated art program bring warmth throughout—resulting in a brand-driven workplace that strengthens culture, supports collaboration, and positions the organization for continued growth.
