Stone Point Corporate Center began as a legacy vision of three five-story office buildings along the Eureka corridor, where our team led both design and planning to shape a campus that is efficient, functional, and visually distinctive. An adjacent low-rise district introduces a subtle European influence, with connected walkways and inviting storefronts that soften the scale and create a pedestrian-friendly environment where Class A workspace and village-like amenities come together—allowing daily activity, dining, and work to intersect naturally. The first high-rise tower emerged as a defining element in Roseville’s skyline, pairing refined architecture with efficient planning, while interiors elevate the experience through rich woods, figured stone, and carefully curated details that create a warm, sophisticated environment. A two-story common area anchors the entry with a striking glass art mural, bringing a sense of arrival and hospitality-inspired scale—resulting in a project that remains a clear expression of the client’s vision: timeless, connected, and purposefully designed.
