Farm Credit West provides banking services to rural communities across the West, supporting farmers, ranchers, timber harvesters, and aquatic producers who steward the land. Building on a series of tenant improvements in Hanford, Roseville, Dinuba, and Bakersfield, we were invited to bring those efforts together into a centralized corporate headquarters in Rocklin—uniting executive and administrative teams under one roof in a cohesive environment designed for leadership, training, and firm-wide connection. An existing industrial shell, anchored by a central courtyard, generous skylights, and natural light, offered a strong framework for transformation, where hospitality-driven planning shapes the experience through a kitchen, breakroom, and lounge that open seamlessly to the courtyard via a NanaWall system, extending daily activity outdoors. Supporting spaces include a gym, flexible training rooms, and a refined boardroom scaled for large gatherings, while a material palette inspired by the landscapes Farm Credit West serves—grains, stone, water, and earth—comes to life through granite, leather, rich woods, timber, patinated metals, and slate, with subtle patterning that recalls agricultural rhythms and brings texture and continuity throughout—resulting in a workplace that feels both polished and grounded, supporting strategic leadership and those fresh from a day in the field.
