Before fulfillment centers became widespread, Brett Baumgarten envisioned a large, flexible distribution hub, and we brought that vision into design development. Three buildings combine high-capacity warehouse operations with integrated office corners that support both function and comfort. High ceilings, roll-up doors, and recessed docks streamline operations, while the design emphasizes durability, adaptability, and long-term flexibility, even anticipating future infrastructure such as an overpass above the adjacent rail line. Today, tenants like Kodiak Roofing call the campus home—an industrial environment where performance and growth potential are built in.
