McClellan Business Park

Once a U.S. Air Force base supporting air operations for more than 60 years, McClellan has evolved into a dynamic business park for private companies and government agencies, with a legacy dating back to World War II that continues to shape its next chapter. Over the past four decades, we’ve partnered on more than 300 projects across the campus, guiding its transformation through targeted tenant improvements, hangar renovations, and updates to the Historic District. Interventions like History Alley—a pedestrian promenade linking multiple buildings—foster connection, while former industrial structures have been reimagined with approachable office fronts, flexible layouts, and materials that subtly reference the site’s aviation heritage—resulting in a layered, evolving environment that preserves character while supporting modern use and future growth.
