Greenheck Fans

Hailing from Wisconsin and rooted in a tight-knit Midwestern culture, Greenheck Fans brought their values to the West Coast with a build-to-suit manufacturing and distribution facility in Placer County. In collaboration with JP Heintz, we designed a space that blends industrial performance with a hospitality-driven feel, integrating kitchens, collaborative zones, and a demo area to support connection, experimentation, and teamwork. Every detail reflects Greenheck’s philosophy of continuous improvement and their commitment to being “the easiest company to do business with,” captured in their motto, “Building value in air.” The result is an efficient, welcoming facility with a strong sense of character—where culture is tangible, work feels purposeful, and visitors immediately get the Greenheck ethos.
