Rooted in the vision of owner Juli Hilton, the space is a neighborhood destination where flexible dining and social zones—including a rooftop patio overlooking the park—create multiple ways to engage with the lively outdoor setting. Fire pits, a cornhole field, and space for live music extend the experience, while screening elements preserve green views and maintain a strong connection to the park. Inside, the design optimizes the kitchen and heart of the restaurant for visual connection, circulation, and workflow. Signature branding moments and material selections—including exposed steel beams, cantilevered forms, industrial-scale fans, retro farm lighting, and reclaimed wood—balance vintage warmth with a contemporary edge, shaping layered zones that support a range of experiences—from bar seating and booths to a large indoor/outdoor space with roll-up garage doors. Kitchen 747 is designed to feel like home—welcoming, energetic, and all about community.
