This ground-up medical office was designed to support client-focused care in a modern, approachable setting, with site planning, building design, and construction aligned around a refined material palette of cement plaster, stone veneer, aluminum, glass, and stainless steel, coordinated closely with the interior design team. Inside, a two-story lobby brings natural light deep into the building, highlighting warm wood tones and a sense of openness, while mid-century modern influences—stacked stone, metal panel canopies, and strong horizontal lines—carry through the architecture and landscape. Sculptural, low-water landscaping complements the form, resulting in a cohesive environment that balances functional medical spaces with an elevated patient experience.
