The Roseville Auto Mall began as a centralized retail destination, but its inward-facing layout and limited visibility along surrounding corridors created an opportunity for repositioning. Working with multiple dealership owners, we led a comprehensive architectural and planning effort to transform the center into a cohesive, highly visible destination while preserving each brand’s identity. The strategy introduced integrated display platforms, outdoor showcase zones, expressive overhang structures, and a unified signage program—where structural clarity and engineered detailing turn each element into an architectural composition, balancing scale, cantilever, and visibility in ways architects genuinely enjoy. A redesigned median monument along Eureka Road, enhanced entries, coordinated landscape and hardscape, and custom blade signage at key intersections reinforce presence and improve wayfinding. The result is a clear, connected system that elevates the Auto Mall’s image while allowing each dealership to operate within a strong, unified framework.
