Green Acres

Roseville, CAlifornia

72,600 Sf | 6.89 acres

Green Acres came to us with a strong, established brand rooted in a modern agricultural aesthetic—barn-inspired forms, metal buildings, sliding doors, and iconic water-tower signage—which we’ve helped carry forward across 11 projects, from the first ground-up flagship in Roseville to remodels in Folsom, Auburn, South Sacramento, and Irving, Texas, along with feasibility studies, greenhouses, and warehouse facilities. Each site is shaped by its setting, creating a brand that feels both recognizable and deeply local—capturing the character of a neighborhood nursery where people gather, wander, and connect over all things green. The Roseville flagship set the tone, blending greenhouse, retail, and outdoor growing areas into a cohesive campus of light-filled structures—clerestory windows, skylights, shade canopies, and layered indoor-outdoor spaces that shift with the seasons—creating an immersive, ever-changing experience that invites people back again and again to explore, be inspired, and enjoy being surrounded by growing things.
