Eureka Corporate Center marks our first three-story Class A office campus along Roseville’s active Eureka corridor, where a three-building development balances efficiency with experience—maximizing usable space while integrating on-site restaurants that activate the workplace. As the corridor emerged in the late 1990s, companies like Morgan Stanley, KNCH, Wells Fargo, and Beazer Homes were drawn to the area, and the campus helped strengthen the local economy while supporting a growing business community closer to home. The site posed challenges, including a lava cap that pooled water and stirred fine dust during construction, but through careful planning and technical expertise, these constraints were transformed into a resilient, high-performing environment—resulting in a project that stands as a benchmark for Class A development in the region and a long-term asset for people and business alike.
